Fuse Recruitment has a clear structure and hierarchy, they have the CEO, Managing Director, National Account Manager, and National Manager for each department and different department has different functions and industries and own recruitment consultants. In terms of company culture, Fuse has a great culture to embrace positiveness and value of each person work and great supporting system especially as an intern.

Fuse is very open and friendly, everyone is so friendly and supportive! I love that everyone says hi when I walk in and is so willing to get to know me.

From what I've witnessed, the culture of Fuse Recruitment is a positive place to work, the staff members are friendly and get along quite well. Every second Wednesday they have lunch together as a team and celebrate milestones together.

Really flat structure and everyone communicate politely and respectfully. Have high emphasis on work life balance and good work culture.

Super friendly and welcoming. It is a very relaxed work environment, everyone can have a chat or a short break and still get their work done. There really isn't a structure and hierarchy established between each worker. Everyone is acknowledged and treated respectfully.

The team is flexible and accommodating. There are opportunities to WFH. Managers / supervisors and colleagues work together and are able to be assisted by those who have industry specific knowledge. The team are also professional and friendly.

Fuse is a very open and social workplace, with each day feeling as though you're going to work with your friends. There are a lot of social events, such as weekly lunches and Friday drinks as well as other events such as paint and wine nights, lawn bowls and go-karting.
