The training and development programs are great at Fuse mainly because I work directly with National Manager and able to assist him in many tasks and there are a lot of knowledge and experience that I gained during my internship: 1) communication, verbal 2) CRM - Bullhorn 3) Relationship management 4) Recruiting processes

The training provided was online modules for the website they use, it was okay, not very stimulating but necessary. On the job training was good however, following whoever was training me that day and being taught one-on-one how to complete my jobs.

The training process was perfect for me as the tasks are explained simply but in a good way to help me to understand what needs doing. If I had any questions there was always someone to help and provide feedback when needed.
