Training & Personal Development at Fuse Recruitment

The training and development programs are great at Fuse mainly because I work directly with National Manager and able to assist him in many tasks and there are a lot of knowledge and experience that I gained during my internship: 1) communication, verbal 2) CRM - Bullhorn 3) Relationship management 4) Recruiting processes

My manager spent a good amount of time checking in with me and setting goals for my progress. I've learnt a lot and grown in my abilities to perform the work here.

The training provided was online modules for the website they use, it was okay, not very stimulating but necessary. On the job training was good however, following whoever was training me that day and being taught one-on-one how to complete my jobs.

The formal training was videos and not the best. However, the informal training was extremely helpful as coworkers have their own tips and tricks.

I had a whole day training on navigating "Bullhorn" and other safety induction trainings.

Copywriting, blog writing, social media content creation, social media scheduling, website management, ux design, etc. Used apply flow, bullhorn, trello, and learned from Lillie how she approaches tasks.

The training process I followed was the Bullhorn Learning Hub. The Bullhorn Learning Hub helped me understand how to use the Bullhorn Recruitment software.

it was easy and progressive, I wasn't given all at once, I was slowly introduced to the systems.

I have picked up skills with phone etiquette, identifying good resumes, administrations skills and dealing with rejection .

The training process was perfect for me as the tasks are explained simply but in a good way to help me to understand what needs doing. If I had any questions there was always someone to help and provide feedback when needed.

all okay - could space it out and give time for the staff to wrap there head around all the tasks

A lot of shadowing and watching other people and then attempting to carry out the task yourself

There is a lot of on the job learning and mirroring when you first start. Although, training resources have since become more structured and beneficial to new starters

Manager will explain thoroughly what is required. Picked up payroll preparation skills, what awards are being paid, invoicing and excel skills

When I started I had a very cohesive training plan in place and the team was so supportive and patient throughout the induction stage. In the marketing team, we've also been given 2 hours a week to work on continuing our training and development and have access to a wide range of courses for us to work through
