ALDI’s Graduate Program is a comprehensive 14-month training program specifically designed to develop our leaders of tomorrow. You will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of our business, lead successful teams and participate in exciting projects. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Program, you’ll take on the role of Area Manager, running 3-5 stores in a multi-million dollar business as if it was your own.
Roles in Graduate Store Operations earn an average of A $95,400 - A$185,600 + Car.

To be eligible you must have completed either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. The Graduates must be able to plan and manage their time effectively to achieve their goals, be supportive and approachable to develop and lead successful teams and be flexible enough to relocate throughout the state during the training and placement period.
