I went from being a graduate to a manager which is a big step up. In my first career planning session with my manager, we have already been looking at opportunities for me to continue to improve my promotability within the next 3-5 years by targeting key skills I'll need in my next role.

Graduates looked upon with high regard. Promotion opportunities after the program is finished. Expectation that we will be accelerated slightly in career progression due to our program's benefits. Hard work obviously still needed, and attention to detail. All jobs are internally recruited as well as externally advertised, so there is always opportunity to move up/across. There is also the opportunity to work abroad, since the company is global.
