Allianz is actively engaged in corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives focused on sustainability, community support, and employee engagement. Their efforts include environmental sustainability projects like carbon reduction and renewable energy investments, community engagement through volunteer programs and charitable partnerships, and encouraging employee involvement in CSR activities such as volunteering and fundraising. These initiatives align with Allianz's commitment to making a positive impact on society and fostering a sense of social responsibility among its employees.

I'm not well versed on this but I do believe my company runs multiple projects and initiatives regarding this.

As mentioned about, Allianz partners with Settlement Services International to provide employment to refugees. We are part of the Net Zero Asset Owner Alliance and the Climate League 2030. As part of our commitment to tackling Climate Change, Allianz is removing thermal coal from proprietary investment and underwriting portfolios. We are also part of the Corporate Mental Health Alliance and invest in research to better understand the impacts of mental health and act to support our employees, and the community through our Allianz Mental Health Hub.

The company always hosts talks/events every once where a guest speaker who specialises in these areas talk more about their practices and recommend solutions
