Strong company culture, everyone is extremely approachable and easygoing. In office everyone has goals and ambitions which are streamlined from management down.

It's amazing catching up with my peers and colleagues during lunch or even after hours. We tend to have fortnightly sessions with our team where we bond and talk about anything but work.

Great deal of teamwork and cooperation, lunch time is spent socialising with colleagues and fortnightly virtual catch ups with the team that are not work related. There is structure in terms of who you report to but otherwise there is no restriction on who you can reach out to.

Everyone is super friendly and there have already been loads of in office and after hours events that have all been great.

There is a great emphasis on flexibility and making sure you bring your 'whole' self for work. We are encouraged to work sensible hours and not to overextend ourselves. Meeting free days and wellbeing initiatives are common. Even while pivoting to hybrid work, teams stayed connected and continued to collaborate using technology tools.

Very friendly, relaxed in the office. After hours drinks, organised activities (e.g. trivia nights) and team lunches. Hierarchy exists and is followed strictly for everything work related, but dissolves quickly when not discussing/doing work. Teamwork/cooperation is good in many tasks, but sometimes falls apart if communicating with different offices.

Varies between departments, however overall experience has been great. Most are approachable and helpful. Graduates are taken seriously and are given opportunities if you put your hand up.

Everyone is very approachable and willing to help, regardless of their position. As graduates, we mostly work in different teams. However, we often have social outings when possible.

A very supportive culture, leaders encourage regular breaks and initiate social events, such as a weekly games session. New ideas are always welcomed and discussed, a very positive environment

Our culture is very welcoming, being able to welcome employees from different cultures and backgrounds. I was able to get along with my teammates and the other graduates, and others were willing to help and assist me with my work.
