I'm a part of the graduate program so I am tasked with different things that members in the team need help on.

As a member of the transformation team at Allianz, my role primarily involves overseeing and driving initiatives aimed at modernising and improving our processes and systems. This includes: - Project management: assisting with the coordination of various projects that aim to enhance operational efficiency and implementing new technologies and processes across different departments. - Stakeholder engagement: regularly interacting with stakeholders from different parts of the organisation to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with overall business goals. - Problem solving: addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the implementation of new processes or systems, ensuring that solutions are practical and effective. - Data analysis: analysing data to identify areas for improvement and to track the progress and impact of transformation initiatives.

Assisting actuaries with modelling and file formatting / preparation for financial results

I feel fulfilled in my role and I can see how the work I do contributes to the overall company strategy and performance. It feels great to have a tangible feeling of being a part of something bigger.

Underwriting on commercial property. Includes risk assessment, relationship management, admin. Also product management. Involves market analysis, technical product knowledge, critical thinking.

I'm currently working on projects that my fellow workmates are working on right now, and designing solutions through code and dashboard design.

The work varies from week to week, depending on your project and support required from manager from data investigations to research for new projects. Gained a lot of exposure from rotating between different teams/divisions
