They are all super accessible, great mentors and provide me with feedback about what I'm doing well and what I can improve on. They do all this in a really supportive manner.

All my managers have been great. They've been invested in my development and have always made time and found ways to support me. They have all trusted me to manage my workload and time, and encouraged me to pursue opportunities I was interested in. Even after my rotations in their areas, they still reach out to see how I'm going.

They are great people. Very accessible, since as grads we are assigned a senior manager as a mentor. Performance feedback could be better but is adequate.

Direct managers usually set up weekly catch up meetings, and encourage feedback and recognition communication. Team managers also set up monthly catch up to check in. Both make great mentors and happy to answer any questions and provide support when necessary
