1. Online video assessment: - This initial step helps assess candidates' communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit for the company. Candidates are asked to respond to a series of pre-recorded questions within a set time limit. This allows the recruitment team to review and evaluate responses at their convenience. 2. Games test: - This games-based assessment evaluates cognitive abilities, problem-solving skills and behavioural traits in a dynamic and engaging way. Candidates participate in various online games designed to test specific skills such as numerical reasoning, logical thinking and adaptability. 3. In person assessment centre: - This comprehensive evaluation aims to assess candidates' practical skills, teamwork and overall fit for the role. This assessment centre typically includes a mix of activities such as group activities: Firstly, group exercises: candidates work in teams to solve problems or complete tasks allowing assessors to observe their teamwork, leadership and communication skills. Secondly, case studies: candidates analyse and present solutions to business scenarios, demonstrating their analytical and decision-making abilities. Thirdly, presentations: candidates are asked to prepare and deliver a short presentation on a given topic, showcasing their ability to organise information and present it effectively. This multi-stage interview process helps Allianz ensure they select candidates who not only have the necessary technical skills but also align with the company's values and culture.

I think its a balance of researching the company and reflecting on your experiences and things that you've achieved or learnt along your journey because it can be tough in the moment to think of examples but if you've already thought about it before hand, you feel more confident talking about it. Even practicing by having a friend/family member ask you standard interview questions and answering them using examples is good preparation.
