I choose to work 2-3 days in the office and the remainder from home. My hours are pretty standard - I usually log on between 8:30am-9:00am and finish up around 5pm. I've had to work longer days on a few occasions supporting on a time sensitive project, but otherwise, if my manager notices I'm on late, she'll message me and ask if I'm ok and tell me to log off.
