8-4 there is a 30 minute leeway in the mornings which i find really good on bad days where you cant help but be late.

The work hours are the typical 9AM-5PM but the hours are really flexible. I sometimes rock up 15-20 minutes later in the morning and can stay up to an hour back at work - just depends on the amount of tasks I have to do for the day. But there is no formal logging of hours. Working from home is also an option, but there is a 3-day minimum in-office policy for all workers.

My company and management is incredibly flexible with hours. I have independence to manage my own time, and I love that.
