During your two-year Launch experience, you will have committed people leaders guide you through each rotation, a Grad buddy who will share experiences with you, as well as support along the way from a senior business mentor and an assigned home business unit.
The program also offers study assistance, structured professional development sessions and upon successful completion of their program, they will work together to find you a permanent landing role within AON.
