Department: Fund Admin Services
Employment Type: Full Time – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Role & Key Responsibilities:
Provide investment administration functions to client groups in a timely and efficient manner.
The role duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Daily processing of client instructions/transactions in record-keeping systems and via sub-custodian portals
- Perform NAV calculations with comparison to benchmarks and investigate differences;
- Liaising with Fund Managers, Brokers and Custodians to coordinate transaction settlements.
- Cash and Asset reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting of custody positions.
- Effective client communication, including responding to all client queries and requests in a timely manner;
- Completion of client-specific reporting requirements.
Proven Experience & Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Business or Mathematics preferred.
