With over 95 years’ experience, we deliver life enriching journeys to our valued guest. We are looking for detail-oriented reservation agents to join our team in helping to continue to set the benchmark in the industry.
THE ROLE
Dealing directly with passengers, you will be a part of our call centre family and it will be your responsibility to process all enquiries and booking requests effectively in a fast paced environment. From making the initial sales to booking flights, accommodation, transfers and upselling, you are responsible for all aspects of bookings pre tour.
- Making reservations for customers and our industry partners via phone, chat or email with high accuracy
- Recommending additional add-ons and tour experiences to enhance the customers experience on tour
- Booking flights to package with our tours
- Handling complaints and booking issues as they arise to get a satisfactory result for customers
- Building relationship with customers and our agency partners to give them peace of mind that everything is taken care of and build loyalty
- Being flexible to adapt to ever changing situations as they arise
For those located in Victoria, there is the opportunity to work in our head office based in Cheltenham and from home

ABOUT YOU
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Travel industry experience and systems knowledge or relevant qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail is a must
- Ability to deal with last minute changes which increase workload
- Willingness to continually learn and grow
