      What you will do:

      Work closely with and assist ASX Listings Compliance Advisers in the supervision of listed entities, and protect the
      integrity and reputation of the ASX market by.

      • Assisting in reviewing periodic filings made by listed entities for compliance with the Listing Rules
      • Reviewing corporate governance statements made by listed entities for compliance with the Listing Rules
      • Assisting in the preparation of standard waiver applications by listed entities for conformity with ASX policy
      • Assisting in conducting any ad hoc or periodic reviews with particular Listing Rule requirements
      • Assisting in investigating any allegations or complaints of non-compliance by listed entities
      • Supporting Listings Advisers in responding promptly and in a helpful and courteous manner to Listing Rule enquiries by listed entities and their advisers
      • Supporting Listings Advisers in their dealings with listed entities and their advisers from time to time to develop a relationship with them and to assist them with their compliance needs in relation to the Listing Rules
      • Develop a good knowledge of the Listing Rules and their application
      • Develop a good understanding of the role of equity markets, including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures and other corporate activities.

      What you have done:

      • A tertiary qualification in law. Candidates will also be able to demonstrate strong analytical and written skills, communication competencies and professionalism required of the role
      • Relevant industry or professional experience
