Diversity at Kearney

8.0
8.0 rating for Diversity, based on 14 reviews
Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
Women's scholarship program works to help ambitious and driven women with their careers, including: up to $15,000 to support either their next year of study or other education-related activities; mentorship from a senior female consultant; a summer internship opportunity (typically from the end of november to february); access to all in-house training. Retention is strong and the firm works with the consultant to fine-tune development areas. Promotion is fair and gathers the input of many.

Kearney had historically fallen behind the curve with diversity, and is doing just about everything to remedy it. Representation of women at all levels of the firm has increased, with around double the number of female managers and above as 2-3 years ago. I believe our intake split skews slightly female, which is another encouraging trend.
