There are plenty of forums to provide feedback and praise, both upward and downward. Feedback specific to a person can be given anonymously to anyone at the firm, and only they can see the feedback. There are multiple channels to praise others publicly, whether it be for their alignment to kearney values or to their work on a project. We have monthly kearney awards, where winners can choose from a prize pool worth $250. My main manager is a great mentor, who is very good at internal communication. There is performance feedback after each project and weekly kudos which allows people to recognise others.
