Even leaving aside the unbelievable about of on-the-job learning, there are a ton of training opportunities: - international training programs pitched at different levels (our lucky new starters go to thailand to learn consulting fundamentals!) - Whole-day training courses for different core skills (presenting, presence, mindset, hard skills) - peer-hosted "consulting tutorials" are run every week, focusing on teaching best practice skills from exisitng kearney employees - webinars and online courses
