I was approached by Aurecon based on my LinkedIn profile as someone who'd been out of the industry for years, so I can't really comment here. My only comment is that Aurecon supports openness/honesty, even about difficult topics (e.g. disability in my case), so don't fear to bring your whole self to the interview.

Getting to know the team's main focus in day to day work, whether it leans more on the technical design and calculations, or project coordination and management, or technical advisory. Ensure you like that part of the work. Would be good to show your passion on it. Clearly demonstrate what experience you have got, can be a group assignment that you really liked or a part time job that trains your communication skills or team work abilities. Ensure during the interview, not only being suit for the job and also personally like the job and the team.
