They see value in each individual and offer opportunities to be exposed to different parts of the business which align with personal career aspirations.

There is a lot of opportunities for us to go into a more permanent role and the graduate program is set up to develop us into an employee that they want to retain. So, the constant upholding of standards and push to improve makes me feel like I will progress far with this company.

I have not been here long enough to provide meaningful comment on this question.

I haven't really had any promotions as of yet, however, the ability to work around and help any team out is an amazing feature of being a graduate with Austal. You can simply opt for work from anyone despite being assigned to a particular department.

Currently I have not have a talk with my manager yet about this topic.
