Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
I am grateful for the other graduates as we socialise both at work and outside work, however I would like to see a more equal distribution of males and females.

The company has an open-door policy, and this allows us to be more open to speaking to anyone to ask for advice, opinions or even requesting some work. The coordination and teamwork from what I have seen so far is superb and everyone has the same goal. The graduate cohort also organises some outings outside of work together to let us get to know one another better.

Culture within the company can vary quite a lot between different departments and teams, so there is not a uniform experience (for both good and bad aspects). During office hours the majority of the time it is a quiet and focused environment, with a very open structure/hierarchy meaning managers are accessible and willing to discuss matters with staff of all levels. Teamwork is high as it is necessary to rely on each other to resolve issues - the provision of information needed to get the job done. Department as a whole socialises well and mostly everyone puts in an effort to interact with each other, but it is not forced so everyone is able to operate at a level that best suits them personally without feeling obligated or ostracised.

The company has a professional yet, unprofessional manner when working in the office. This is more to do with the communication style rather than the work itself, it proves to be productive given that people don't have to hide behind a corporate language but it is still professional enough to not be offensive. After hours, employees taken initiative to organise their own team bonding and/or hangouts. Teamwork is great from what I have seen so far, people are willing to help and cooperate on work to help lessen the load on any one person, but this varies across the business. I believe across different teams and departments, the relationship is more stringent.

I do have mentor and manager which helps me settle in and grow into my current role. There are few out of office gatherings though.
