The pay is fair as a starting point however it would be better for the company to individually assess the skillset and educational level of the candidate to consider different pay levels.

The pay as a graduate is industry standard so nothing much to say here.

Pay is alright, bonuses are awarded based on your productivity when year-end performance reviews come around. Typically in line with other office jobs. Remuneration packages are stated in TFR (total fixed remuneration) so a stated value will actually be less cash received, as it is already including super (so you'd have to subtract ~10.5% of the stated TFR to calculate your actual base salary).

Can't complain as it is the industry standard package for graduates, however, personally I wish it was more than what it is currently. With time it does increase as I understand within the graduate program itself, in set roles I am not sure on how bonuses and pay works.

I am currently a fresh graduate so I feel the pay is of national standard so I think it is fair.
