How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
The work hours are flexible, and I enjoy working 9 days over a fortnight to have Friday off every second week.

Our company is very flexible with hours as long as you meet the hours per fortnight the clock in and clock out time can be flexible from day to day. And the 9-day fortnight also provides us an extra day for running errands that is required to be done on a weekday without us taking leave for it.

The company allows for 5-day working weeks or 9-day fortnights (every 2nd Friday off). Furthermore, depending on your manager if they understand you have done work in a set amount of time or if you have done overtime, you can 'bank' those hours and take time off early on some other day.

I work an 80 hour 9-day fortnight. This allows me to free up a workday to sort out some stuff that would otherwise have to done with a leave. But the 80 hours means that I would be working a little less than 9 hours a week excluding 30 minute lunch breaks. 7.30 am from home and 6 pm arrive home. However, they are flexible with your start and end time. you can start work from 6.30 am and end work early 4.30
