The Early Career Program for Field Engineers inspires and guides recent graduates through career-shaping experiences. This program takes approximately 36 months to complete and gets you involved in helping clients locate and produce energy more efficiently. Program graduates have the foundations to make innovative significant contributions to the future.
As a Field Engineer, you will be the key interface between the on-site teams and the client. Depending on the product portfolio you will be supporting, you will be leading crews in the delivery of world-class service using high-technology tools & software, or installing & maintaining critical equipment to the highest standards. This role appeals to those with an adventurous spirit, as the work you will be performing will often be carried out in remote locations in challenging conditions, with a non-traditional work schedule.
