Your role
Their two-year graduate programme is designed to provide you with first-class training and immediate responsibility, it gives you the support and development you need to start a successful career in financial services.
What you will do?
Provide support to the Equity Derivatives / Solutions Sales business in Sydney.
Specifically, learn about and support:
The execution and booking of OTC and listed derivatives
Marketing and Sale of structured products to Distribution clients
Understanding different products and client solutions
The production of internal and client presentations
Responding to client requests & RFPs
Monitoring client activity, revenue and deal valuations
Credit exposure modelling
The maintenance of databases
Supporting the salespeople in EQD and Solutions Sales in their efforts to service clients.
Building a base understanding of the product suite used by clients for hedging and/or investment purposes.
Quickly develop expertise in the trade booking and processing process.
Build an understanding of, and a network within, the local coverage groups and other global markets business lines.
Provide meaningful assistance in the production of professional marketing materials, bespoke client presentations, RSP responses and credit support memos.
Learn BNPP credit modelling, CRM, regulatory and administrative systems and apps.
Start to develop sales techniques.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines, audit requirements and established bank approved risk limits.

About you
To be considered for the placement, you will:
Apply as a recent graduate, final year undergraduate, or master’s student in any discipline;
Possess a GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0 or above (or equivalent) in any discipline;
Have to be fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage); and
Demonstrate methodical, logical, solution-driven thinking, with commercial awareness and a keen interest in the latest finance topics as well as market trends.
