My manager is a great mentor and gives me some good and constructive feedback regularly to ensure that I am developing my career the way I want it to be. Regularly checks on whether I am doing alright in my day-to-day tasks.

Fortnightly company-wide meetings where the leadership team talk about the vision of the company and updates regarding new features.

Yes, my manager is fairly informal which makes him approachable and easy to work with. He is a good mentor but he isn't as technical nowadays so I often go to other team members for technical support.

Very unsatisfied with my managers. They are not accessible and not good mentors. From the outset it was made clear it was not a ask as many questions as you want type deal, so I find it hard to communicate with them. Performance feedback is accurate and fine, although I feel like I haven't been recognised enough for my work.

My manager is incredibly lovely and supportive. He also recognizes my accomplishments and I feel valued within the team. I feel very lucky to have such an awesome manager.
