Zero pressure to come into the office. In the past (as a student), I might have thought that was a bad thing - but after more life experience that is most certainly good.

Flexible working hours, I usually work 10-6. If I ever work overtime, it's by my own choice cause I'm enjoying the work and I'm encouraged to take time off if I ever do

Canva is really flexible - if you need to step out for an hour or two to run some errands or go to a doctor's appointment, it is very flexible, and you can make up for the hours at a later stage. If you prefer to start a bit later than the rest of your team, this is also allowed (at least within my team & others I've spoken to).
