Sustainability at Clayton Utz

Maybe more awareness regarding recycling working at a law firm. Paper use is huge in our office so being mindful of it would be crucial

I am unsure how it contributes to this other than in the building it stays in. I imagine because of the mining clients the firm represents this can be put too high.

The office building itself is built to be a sustainable building. Similarly, there are various initiatives that promote sustainability at the firm whether it is through events or volunteering opportunities.

My firm has a sustainability focus, including offering reusable bowls, multiple bin options, etc.

CU recycles and seems to have a high CSR focus.

Most work is done electronically.

Lots of sustainability efforts. Reusable containers. Lots of communications about sustainability. Environment group are always working in the background to improve the firms footprint.

I like the reusable cups and plates. I use them every day.

Good! The introduction of reusable Tupperware was practical and productive.

Good that we use the composting facilities in the building and that we are printing less.

I know there is a sustainability committee that introduced plastic containers that we can take to restaurants at lunch to put our food in instead of plastic takeaway containers. However, I am unsure otherwise what the firm has done in this space.

Currently lot of push towards reusable cups and containers throughout the building, and some new initiatives regarding soft plastic recycling. Sustainability is a pretty big focus at Clayton Utz.

Returnr program works well, don't have a lot of awareness about what else is happening in this space
