I believe this firm has a diverse and inclusive culture, although there are still issues with retaining women in more senior positions. It is a difficult career to balance having kids and this firm also has its challenges with regards to this issue.

The firm's policies are excellent. Initiatives such as ACCEPT (active recruitment of LGBT+ students), cultural diversity and indigenous recognition initiatives and gender equity goals all go towards making a strongly inclusive, constantly improving culture.

CC is second to none when it comes to diversity. I see people from all backgrounds here and there is always something going in the firm raising awareness for minorities and LGBT. There are also excellent policies when it comes to child care and maternity leave.

Good focus on diversity and inclusion and large proportion of juniors are female or non white individuals. Issue with senior women staying in roles and supporting them when they have families, partly due to the current management rather than the firm itself.

Great LGBT and female representation at a junior level. However there has been a significant exit of senior women from the firm which needs to be addressed. There is also a lack of female parents. Culturally, the firm is quite diverse despite not having strong BIPOC representation.
