Client meetings, speaking with the frontline team regarding client files, administrative work

It will vary depending upon what department/business unit you are in. However in my circumstance I am an Graduate/Analyst; my daily task involve morning emails, attending to applications and strategy papers, lots of meetings, some longer one rife with information or short ones to provide updates. Then after a lunch with the team it is back into credit writing. Then finishing off the day with emails. There is always time for a coffee run with the team and some good quality banter.

My role involves balancing business and customer needs in innovative and strategic ways. Day to day, I work on projects that involve uplifting certain aspects of the CBA App. I also work towards my graduate development goals to ensure I make the most out of this experience.

Leading projects with other stakeholders and ensuring expectations & deadlines are managed efficiently.

Helping out as a utility wherever I can - I have the flexibility and capacity to do this as a grad.

Am in Fraud Analytics, so I am responsible for looking at refining and creating new ways to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions using data.

Analyst role involving assessing risk for clients, researching new clients, writing papers for submission to risk.

As an insights Analyst I gather, analyse and display data to help drive informed decisions.

I love my job day to day I get to engage with key stakeholders in the bank the incentives I am involved in really look to improve our security posture and keep our customers safe from cyber breachers Its highly satisfying work. My Role is high paced always something new popping up and through this I am learning a lot especially since a lot of my team is on a management level I get of lot of extra insights some other grads don't get.

It depends on the team, however, currently, I am helping optimise workflows and code within the team based on the team's objectives.

In my rotations I have been fortunate enough to work on exciting and engaging projects. As an analytics graduate, I mainly code in SQL and Python to create analysis, then convey insights to stakeholders across the bank through presentations, and engage in graduate activities being apart of committees to promote graduate life in and outside of work

I'm in between rotations at the moment, but I will use my previous role to answer this. I was responsible for many BAU tasks, so it was often carrying out/ scheduling when I'd complete those. Besides that it was attending meetings for any initiatives I was working on and also completing the work relevant to those. That often included generating insights or doing some quick coding.

My role as a technology graduate is to sit in on a team and pick up technical tasks. I am required to spend some time each week on self learning, which gives me a great opportunity to try to learn something and directly apply it very soon afterwards.

At the moment, I come to the office everyday and review applications, as well as working on multiple projects on the side.

My role is to complete service tasks for the relationship executives in my team. I help sustain the relationship between CBA and our customers and contribute to NPS.

I enjoy my work, and have good support.

Day to day responsibilities in my team is home loan pricing. It's great because we use many statistical methods and machine learning to give different prices and discounts on our home loans. Alot of coding and statistics.

As a grad your main responsibility is to learn as much as you can. So a lot of my day is spent trying to understand the tools that the team work on and ask as many questions as possible. We spend a lot of time coding various things depending on the team and attending agile ceremonies.

Not deadline-focused so there is minimal pressure and plenty of time to spend on development.

Learning sessions, shadowing meeting, Sustainable Finance: creating ppt pitches, research, analysing frameworks and transactions, completing dd and credit papers and Loan Syndicate: investor calls, investor presentations and client meetings, strategy and pitch ppts.
