As a graduate in the Human Resources stream, you will have a rare opportunity to explore the world of HR within a global healthcare organisation that works with stakeholders across multiple areas from research, manufacturing, quality and support functions.

You will have opportunities to:
- Deploy solutions across a range of Human Resources areas including HR business partnering, employee relations, change management, talent management, performance management, total rewards and employee engagement.
- Source talent for key open positions and proactively build talent pipelines for future strategic needs.
- Drive culture change and diversity through delivering employee engagement initiatives in line with Global HR strategic direction.
- Be the primary point of contact for employees and managers for resolution of routine HR queries and interaction with our HR service centre
- Support and execute people processes, programs and initiatives aligned with CSL's HR and business strategies.
