You will:
Over the course of two to three years, you will engage in an intense program that will prepare you for long-term success within the Dell Technologies Sales organisation. Anyone who joins their organisation starts as an Associate Inside Sales Representative (AISR) where you will receive premier training from both a technology and sales perspective.

You will be in that role anywhere from 12 to 18 months, depending on how you perform, and then you will have the opportunity to advance to become an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) where you will carry a quota and run all aspects of a sales campaign. They typically see people staying in the Inside Sales Rep role for another year and a half before ultimately moving on to their next position, whether it be field sales, sales management, or a specialty selling role.
