Deloitte is really flexible when it comes to hours, they are happy to work around you, giving you the time to do all the important things you need to in your personal life.

I work the full time and since I am currently studying a post grad degree as well, my company has been very flexible with my study commitments.

My organisation is usually flexible as long as you are still able to meet project requirements. However, there are quite a few managers/senior managers/directors that I have worked with that do not respect lunch hours and expect work to be completed over the standard amount of hours. I have also experienced managers/other staff who encourage not charging the actual amount of hours worked to the client to ensure a project does not go over budget.

They are immensely flexible. We're encouraged to work the hours we need to, and that the need will ebb and flow depending on projects, workload, etc. in a way that balances out. I find that to be true.

Love the Deloitte flex in terms of the flexibility. For example if you need to go to the doctors you can take out 1 hour of your day and go to the doctors and can do that 1 hour somewhere else during the day. It is wonderful having this flexibility

10/10 Very very very flexible. I consistently work 37.5 hours a week, I have hardly ever had to work overtime. My team is very flexible for us to move our schedule around for work/life balance. Also its great that my work/life balance is respected, although I don't have kids or more pressing priorities, I can still flex for things like exercise classes etc.

Work hours vary based on project intensity. Flexible hours for the most part but there are times when you are required to meet stringent deadlines that may extend the normal 9-5.
