Overall pretty great! I have been lucky with my teams, however, I know a fair few grads who have had really discouraging experiences with their managers who have been very micro-managing and not supportive of a flexible work environment.

I have been very satisfied with the managers that I have worked with. There is a built in performance mechanism and a lot of the more senior staff I have worked with have been very approachable and happy to have a chat and give their perspectives.

Managers are generally very accessible and open to communication. Every manager is different but from my experience so far, they have all been great. They are effective at internal and external communication, they give good, supportive feedback without being overzealous.

Managers are extremely approachable by setting up regular communication channels and meetings to discuss personal growth.

Not totally consistent across line areas. I have had and heard others have supervisors or directors who are not helpful and create an team environment that has not communicated well or provided feedback or recognition. On the whole I think that experiences are positive.
