The company makes an effort to have social drinks and morning teas along with budget drinks and trivia night to keep a good sense of community.

I personally have no knowledge of the extent to which Treasury has CSR projects or initiatives. This does NOT mean Treasury is not social responsible. Maybe I'm just not aware and that's my fault!

Treasury runs several initiatives - I'm a member of my Division's 'Progressing Women's Initiative' which is a great way to chat about women's issues which I'm very passionate about.

There is work provided for intellectually disabled members of society and the Department doesn't have any real investments, however it is focussed on developing policies that on the whole benefit Australia and it's people.

Many initiatives including a yearly pulse survey to analyse employee satisfaction on many levels. These results are then analysed and proposals are made to improve the work environment and address any issues that may arise.
