Focused on benefiting Queenslanders and keeping them safe.

TMR's commitment to CSR is foundational to everything we do. TMR is building and maintain roads and transport infrastructure for the benefit of society and as such, I have felt TMR truly values the public opinion and wellbeing.

TMR being a public business, will be under heavy scrutiny if they are not socially responsibility. So TMR are definitely heavily committed to being social responsible in a corporate sense.

We are working on infrastructure for roads, transport and helping to support the 2032 Brisbane Olympics.

While they do opt for local workers and companies to collaborate with, there isn't much else i know about.

The organisation understands the importance of utilising the budget/money they have correctly and upholding ethical practices.

TMR is a department that exists to provide a service to the people of Queensland.

Customer Experience - there are whole branches of the department that work on putting society first, and other whole teams that work to ensure environmental stability, or the maintenance of First Nation's land. TMR has an exemplary commitment to CSR.

Customers first is one of the company's values. They look for ways to better serve the community.

All of our larger projects have elements focused on sustainability and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures build in as well as providing the best service to Queenslanders. Staff are also encouraged to participate in events to bring awareness and sometimes action. Last week my team participated in a tree planting campaign organized in conjunction with the Brisbane city council and there is an annual blood and plasma drive too.

My task is not that complicated at this stage, as my work goes around the following roles directly or indirectly: - Regular checks from proposed projects of privet entities & councils - Creating & checking concept design required by TMR before development phase
