The company is clearly committed to diversity and inclusion with respect to women, disability, ethnic minorities and the LGBTIQA+ community. I have yet experienced or know of any issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.

TMR tries their best, although their efforts can be seen as performative at times. But there is generally a diverse workforce which I admire.
Graduate, Gold Coast - 25 Jun 2024
TMR feels like an extremely welcoming place and there has already been awareness spread/panels about pride month, men's mental health etc, and the 'one TMR' slogan does generally seem something that is put into practice. From my experience in the team TMR is extremely flexible with mat leave/working from home even beforehand and prioritising the health of the baby. The recruitment process also had a diversity component and various grad events or feedback mechanisms have considered diversity. I can't really comment on promotion but there are lots of staff that have been here for a long time.

The Graduate program seems to recruit with diversity in mind, however other recruitment across the business does not look to prioritise diverse applicants - this is shown in the homogeny of some teams/branches.
AO5, Brisbane - 25 Jun 2024
There is a commitment but growing in respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBTIQA+. There is resource / staff shortage
