In the team I'm in, a lot of planning is around getting the public away from using motor vehicles and into Public transport and/or active transport. The organisation is dedicated to sustainability principles however how much of this dedication there is, is highly dependent on the individual business areas.

While TMR has made great strides in reducing environmental impact, it is uniquely positioned to make a wide-reaching impact through the state's transport network and is, in my mind, far too conservative.
