How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
I enjoy the flexibility in hours and ability to work from home.
Manager, Brisbane - 16 Sep 2024
My work allows me to work from home 1-2 days per week. I usually work from home only 1 day per week and I prefer to come to office to increase my productivity.

I work my hours when I can. Occasional adjustments to schedule are made both by myself and by my manager to best fit the needs of the team and my own.

My company is great with flexibility, we have a 50% work from office requirement, so there is a lot of flexibility in WFH. Along with this, the working hours are extremely flexible so it allows for me to maintain an excellent balance between work and social life.

Flexible working is being phased out slowly despite lack of employee want. Also subject to individual's managers preference even if workload does not warrant that preference.

Graduate, Gold Coast - 25 Jun 2024
I am pretty satisfied. It's 36.25 hours a week, but I tend to work a bit over that as some weeks can be fairly busy. A major benefit for me is the accrued time off. Having the opportunity to leave earlier on Fridays is an amazing benefit.

TMR are very flexible and allow you to work 50% in office/at home if you wish, which is great. You can also do your 7.25 hours whenever you want in the day within reason, allowing time to duck out of appointments if required, which is extremely helpful

I do 50/50 WFH/Office. I could do more work from home because I have a separate office that is a very productive space for me.
