Graduate:

Our Graduate programs within HR management, Project/Operations Management and IT, centre around what goes on in the warehouse & transport environments, grasping a frontline understanding of the DHL business and Logistics Industry. Our graduates experience a range of structured placements across a variety of sites & locations in Sydney NSW, which include working across our key sectors; Consumer & Retail, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Technology, Transport, Airline Business and 4PL. Most of the learning occurs on the job, when graduates are faced with real life daily challenges and responsibility; however we also supplement this experience with formal management skills development training.

On completion of the Graduate program, you will have an enriched understanding of our Business and have an excellent employment opportunity with DHL.

What the programme looks like:

  • 24 month programme (4 x 6 month placements)
  • Start off in our warehouse / transport departments learning about different areas of our business
  • Early responsibility and fast progression & career pathways – There are many, many possible career options within the business – future roles you can develop into include but are not limited to operations such as- IT, Business Development, Finance, WHS, HR & Project Management
  • Experience of working within fast paced sites and environments
  • A framework of personal development modules focusing on managerial skills
  • Regular performance feedback and personal development planning
  • A personal 1 on1 mentor in the greater business
  • All placements are within our Australian business

To be eligible for this exciting graduate opportunity you will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • A completed university degree with Credit average or above (Relevant degrees include: Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Commerce, Business, or similar)
  • A valid driver's license
  • Full working rights within Australia
  • Goal oriented and driven for success
