We are seeking both experienced installers who are looking to get off the tools and help those still out in the field, as well as beginners in the electronic security industry looking to get in at the ground level and learn all there is to know about the very best electronic security products.
You do not need to be an expert in Access, Intrusion or Surveillance, but you do need to be curious by nature and willing to constantly learn and push your knowledge. We offer training on our full range of products and provide support while you learn.
As a key member of the team, you must be able to:
- Always deliver exceptional service to all customers
- Handle inbound technical support enquiries via the phone and email and troubleshoot issues through to resolution
- Provide solid technical knowledge and understanding of Video and Security technologies
- Log all activities in the Support Portal
- Identify and escalate reoccurring technical support issues to management & vendors
- Achieve personal and team KPIs
- Contribute to continuous process & team improvement
- Keep up to date on new products, solutions and technical specifications

- An excellent telephone manner with demonstrated patience with customers
- Ability to understand problems communicated by phone and the capacity to clearly articulate solutions
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn and impart technical information to others
- Ability to think outside the box to solve complex technical problems
- High attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to handle high volume workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience within the electronic security industry is desirable
