The primary function is to schedule and plan audit activities in accordance with requirements in the certification schemes, resource availability and input from the customers. The planner will be part of the planning team, reporting to the Head of Planning.
Key deliveries will include, but not be limited to:
• Schedule audit activities and input the schedule into our IT system
• Liaise continuously with clients and auditors to settle dates for the audits
• Communicate the scheduled audits with the clients and assessors
• Ensure that all audits are planned and delivered on time, in accordance with procedures, rules and regulations
• Collaborate with technical function and sales department
• Ensuring the reporting is done by the assessors
• Any other necessary administrative work related to activities / projects
