Career Prospects at Douglas Partners

i think theres like 10 levels of engineer you can move up and you do performance reviews sometimes where you get checked against a list of competencies to see if you go up a level or not

General consensus I have heard, is that it can be quite hard to move up the corporate ladder in the earlier stages of your career.

I'm satisfied that there are opportunities for me at Douglas Partners, and I'll start to discuss this more with my mentors once I feel I have settled into the field scientist role first.

DP makes it very clear what your progression pathway is and encourages continued learning through professional associations, Master's by research etc.
