What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
obviously everyone wants more money but i think my pay is pretty reasonable for a first year grad fresh out of uni.

I think when you get to senior positions in the company, only then does ones salary reflect what they're worth.

DP provided a pay increase shortly after I commenced working. The leave in lieu arrangement for overtime is a suitable system.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
the workers comp has been pretty handy for me

Only one I've experienced one so far and its the ability to use the work ute if its free for jobs outside of work when you need a ute.

Free Friday lunch (which is absolutely awesome), monthly cakes for birthdays, catering for special events. The tech seminar is the absolutely best perk.

The new starter pack contained some very useful items including a backpack and travel cup which I see many staff still using. The free coffee machine is a huge boon which gets a good workout during the day.
