How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
I work 8-4 in the office don't mind working the office every day better than on site because then at least I know I have set hours and finishing time so can do stuff after work whereas with site work its guaranteed that I finish at the same time every day which I prefer

very flexible.

Very good, I have a fair amount of flexibility in my start time (as long as I start at the appropriate time when I've got field work on and organised a subcontractor). I'm happy in this regard. If I need to work less hours for some reason, my manager is understanding when I explain why.

DP are phenomenal with managing work across the office and field. It was clear from my first week that DP focuses on results and demonstrated efforts as opposed to "productivity rates" based solely off your timesheet. It was communicated early, as early as my interview, that hours vary given the nature of the work. DP have been very flexible in any instance where I may have needed to come in later/leave earlier in the day. I do work longer hours on some days that involve site work, but that is either accompanied by less hours in the office that week or an allowed later start/earlier leave time to balance hours.
