About this opportunity:
The Sales & Service team is considered the face of Driva and is the first point of contact for customers. The team is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers, and helping to maintain the awesome 5-star reputation that Driva continues to deliver on!
The role of the Sales & Services team is to assist new and existing customers by providing accurate, timely and reliable information on the Driva product and processes. The team is also responsible for helping drive growth in new business by managing outbound call queues and working to convert the maximum number of interactions into active customer applications.
The team is growing rapidly and looking to expand as one of the major operational teams of Driva. We are looking for people that want to be part of this growth phase!
This is a permanent full time role ideally based out of our Surry Hills office with a hybrid work balance, however, we will consider and support remote applications.
This entry level position will get you your start with Driva and a career within startups and tech/financial services and suits currently studying or recent graduates.
