The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, aspirational and driven sales and marketing professional to cultivate and grow their career with our Cabot's business. Whilst working as a Sales Representative out on the road, you will be supported through our Graduate Program to support your growth and develop leadership capabilities.

Working across the Melbourne metro and Eastern suburbs with a focus on achieving ongoing commercial growth, you will build strong relationships; add value and influence through your consultative selling style and provide exceptional customer service. As one of our Graduate Sales Representative you will also:

• Meet with customers, drive sales opportunities and be the face of the brand;
• Build trust and credibility with customers by demonstrating sound brand and product knowledge;
• Manage your time effectively and plan ahead to maintain your customer visit and call cycles.

What you will bring and develop

A motivated go-getter, you will have worked hard for your degree and will have achieved a Credit average or above.

You will have a hunger for growth and development and have demonstrable leadership qualities and experience. With a desire to grow, learn and develop, you will be a real team player and confident in sharing your own ideas but also taking on board the feedback and ideas of those around you.
