What projects/initiatives does your employer run and what have you worked on personally?
As a government owned company, our objectives are only for the betterment of our customers, so our projects are all focused on societal improvements. We go above being just a service provider as we have programs like safety heroes which are to educate people on the risks of electricity. We also fund a lot of initiatives regarding mental health, disabilities, and more.

A great example of EQL CSR initiates is two paid days of volunteering leave.

EQL seems to have a positive commitment to CSR as I have observed their presence at several community events as well as university recruitment festivals as well. The volunteering leave also assists employees in adding to EQL's CSR.
