Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
Great office facilities, however, their seems to be a shortage of desks and the Newstead office is in an inconvenient location for public transportation.

Office is very open which is nice to me, also plenty of kitchen and bathroom space. Desks also provide a lot of personal space.

Excellent facilities - everything one needs to work comfortably and focus 100% on work. However, parking is an issue in some areas (not all offices have enough car parks for everyone to travel to and from work by car) - Dress code (for me) is semi-formal, i enjoy this form of work-attire as a graduate. But it depends on the function you are performing at work - if its in the field, at the workshop or meeting clients, there will be different requirements for attire to suit the circumstance.

The facilities are great.

The office facilities (building, desk, monitors, etc) is in good condition and repaired promptly when something breaks. The location is a bit inconvenient because it requires a bus transfer to get to work and it is located near the CBD which makes driving to work expensive due to parking. The dress code is smart casual for what I see. people are free to express their personality through their dress style and is not judge by others.

The dress code is semi-formal, professional attire. The building has good facilities and is kept clean. There are some issues with ensuring enough desk space for all staff, but this is only a minor issue.

Modern Office with the latest technology for video conferencing. General IT is also current. Multiple tea rooms. Large indoor and outdoor lunch space. Dress code is not policed but casual business is generally what people wear.

Dress code professional while flexible (being reasonable). Location and facilities are adequately maintained, located centrally for access to public transportation. Parking is expensive but a choice.

Office location is in Newstead, which is relatively central. There's restaurants and a gym nearby. The dress code is quite flexible, but for more client-facing roles, it is more formal.

Sometimes there are issues allocating desks for graduates, but the location and facilities are of a high standard. Dress code can differ between teams, however most roles require business dress attire and PPE is provided when completing certain rotations.

Need more space, lots of hiring and no room for the people.

Offices are nice. We have two main offices in my location. One is newer and large however there is a problem with number of desks, although plenty of floor/area and free space. This makes it difficult to find a position near the team or supervisors at times and I feel limits positions available in the location which is concerning. End of trip facilities could certainly be improved. I have been waiting for a response on a locker for over a month, and the current end of trip facility is quite messy. I will continue working on this before the warmer weather for use of showers to cycle to work. There is plenty of space for lunch/smoko and facilities. Draws are empty of any cutlery or plates etc though in one office. Dress code is typical PPE for operations and field staff. If office based then general office attire is normally worn, with staff free to be more casual or more professional as they please.

The offices are generally clean, well lit, and temperature controlled well. however, the offices are open plan and can get quite noisy at times what makes it difficult to work and appears as background noise in some meetings. The dress code is mostly business casual but is quite relaxed in most areas.

Public transport is the only way to get to work which can make it difficult on certain days. Would be nice to have more parking.

Office location and parking in Cairns is good. The dress code is casual professional, but some people where PPE. The only improvement could be increasing the amount of desks.

The office spaces are good. The offices are starting to fill up though with free space/desks hard to come by. The location of the offices seem to be sufficient with suitable facilities as well. Dress code for employees is good with everyone looking respectable.

Good facilities. Central location. Lenient dress code, no need for formal attire.
Graduate, Rockhampton - 25 Oct 2023
Location and facilities quite good. Lack of options for public transport/parking. Dress code is standard business, however it is quite relaxed and you will often see colleagues wearing jeans. Casual Fridays.

EQL's Brisbane office in Newstead is great. Being in Newstead, it favors living on the Northside. There is a Woolies close by and many restaurants/cafe for lunch/coffee. The office itself is very nice too. EQL has a 6-floor office all to themselves in Newstead. Most people wear business attire (button up shirt and pants). Many wear polos and pants. Some wear jeans. Some wear their PPE. I like to do fun shirt Fridays.

The office space at Newstead provides a conducive and comfortable place for work. The office space is consistently clean, and the workspaces are well designed, which contributes to a productive work environment. The end-of-travel bike facilities cater to my needs, which make for an easy commute. There is a lack of a strict dress code at EQL. While some of the more senior individuals and engineers may opt for a corporate attire such as dress shirts and pants, there is a flexibility in the attire within EQL and it's not uncommon to see colleagues wearing t-shirts and jeans.
