Their program offers students the opportunity to learn in a practical and hands-on environment during their time with them. You will be paired with a specialist in your chosen field to provide professional supervision and mentoring. They are currently recruiting graduates, undergraduates and vacation students to join the Fortescue and Fortescue Future Industries families.
Responsibilities
The vacation program start date is November 2024 and runs for 12 weeks. During the program, you will be provided professional supervision and mentoring in a practical and hands-on environment.
As for the graduate program, it's a two-year providing participants with exposure to a site operational role, technical placements, as well as experience in a business functional role aimed at encouraging ‘whole of business’ thinking. Graduates receive ongoing training and development, mentoring by the leaders, and access to a strong network so they can share experiences, learn from each other, and develop connections that will last their entire careers.
